Early in my career, I worked across 60+ projects within a software development environment. The work ranged from early-stage ideas, where we built lean proofs of concept to validate direction with reasonable cost, to products scaling toward MVP and beyond.

The exposure was broad, across startups, government institutions, and global clients. Different contexts, different constraints, but the same underlying problem. Figuring out what should be built, why it matters, and how to make it work in practice.

Over time, the work pulled me beyond the interface into product and project management, taking ownership across both direction and execution.

At Sebati, I helped shape an early concept into a working product, taking it from 0 to market, validating it in real use cases, and contributing to its progression through pre-seed funding and eventual acquisition. The focus was not just building something functional, but something that holds up under real operational pressure.

At Feedloop AI, I led product and delivery across companies like Pegadaian, Bank Raya, and Pospay, where products are not standalone, but embedded within complex, running systems.

The work often involves solving adoption challenges, aligning stakeholders, and stepping into high-risk situations. From stabilizing a critical database migration amid a 1,300%+ surge in daily cloud costs, to improving operational reliability through observability and reducing mean time to resolution by over 45%.

In these contexts, the work extends beyond delivery, requiring clear, strategic judgment under pressure, where outcomes directly affect operational continuity, stakeholder trust, and long-term viability.
